All sales are final. Once the transaction is completed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on puppies bought from Oneida Lake Golden's. We encourage you to ask any questions and carefully consider your decision before purchasing a puppy.
Genetic Health Guarantee:
We stand by the health and well-being of our puppies. If a puppy purchased from us encounters genetic health problems within six months of the purchase date, we will honor the following:
Notification Requirement: You must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving a diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian. This helps us keep accurate records and ensures that we can address any health issues promptly.
Documentation: A copy of the veterinarian's diagnosis must accompany your notification to support your claim.
Resolution: Should any genetic health problem be confirmed, we will work with you to provide options, which may include a replacement puppy of equal value.
